Rusted garage floor drain cover hi all attached below is a photo of my rusted garage drain that should have been painted when it was installed. Removing the rusted drain cover may seem daunting because there is nothing to grab onto or to pry off with a tool. If the cover is beneath standing water for a period of time it will rust.
